Job Responsibilities
- Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors
- Check and Process daily expenditures, vouchers, requisition and daily transaction
- Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using the computer.
- Mark stock items or batch items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
- Maintain account books/registers/ledgers etc.
- Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills
- Maintain store and inventory in a systematic way
- Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking of materials as per the procedure
- Day to day inventory maintaining
- Update Daily Register (Manual & Digital)
- Ensure daily/weekly stock report
- Any other assignment is given by top management.

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)

- Accounts, Computer skill, Inventory/ Store Management, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Developer, Real Estate
- Additional Requirements
- Age at least 27 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Practical knowledge and experience of storekeeping.
- Must be prepared for working/stay at our project sites.
- Be familiar with the Materials related to Real Estate.
- Be familiar with the Units of with the Materials related to Real Estate.
