Job Context
- Nassa Group is seeking talent and the aspiring candidates who would join our team for meaningful contributions to reaching the organization`s goal.
- Financial planning and budgeting of all units of the Textile division.
- Coordinate with Plant Management to validate basic assumptions in compiling and preparing Annual Business Plan, monthly outlook and long term strategic plans of the plant operation, review these with Plant / Manufacturing Management and submit to the Group Management for review and approval.
- Preparation of job-wise profit & loss file.
- Preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements.
- Team management, supervising and controlling all related works of Accounts and Finance Department, mainly with regard to the Spinning/Textile business segment.
- Work with the management team to confirm monthly and yearly export as well as local sales target according to the maximum capacity of the business segment.
- Maintain EDF, UPAS, ERQ, FC accounts and other banking services.
- Cost sheet analysis with actual cost and to take corrective action accordingly.
- Investment analysis.
- Monthly unit wise production variance analysis (including major KPIs, such as Man-Machine ratio, Wastage percentage, Efficiency rate, Capacity utilization rate, etc.).
- Handle the Tax and VAT related issues.
- Supervises fixed assets, inventories, receivable, payable and general accounting function
- Identify wastage beyond acceptable limit and non-value adding activities of the plant operation.
- A slow-moving and non-moving inventory shall be identified, controlled and reported to take appropriate action of liquidation.
- Ensure effective internal control and financial management in all areas of operation.
- Report at regular intervals to the Director / Managing Director of Group Finance / Management.
- Any other assignment as an entrusted from time to time by the Management.

- Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
