Job Context
Responsible for the replacement of shop materials and check whether the materials are qualified.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive purchase/ purchase orders and requests through formal purchase requisitions and identify the requirements of goods/services, justify specifications.
- Categorize goods and items, visit markets frequently, select proper Vendors, inspect and searching markets for new sources.
- Obtaining material delivery at the right time at a cost-effective price and work closely with the creative team.
- Monitor price to control outsourcing compared with the market and make a recommendation for future purchases.
- Provide cooperation to the end-users to meet their actual requirements.
- Files all procurement related documents for audit trail and future references.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
